Guarantee

From the date of purchase Lagostina guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following the care instructions. The duration of your guarantee will be specific to the product or a standard 2-year guarantee if not otherwise stated. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight colour variations are normal. Lagostina’s non-stick coating is guaranteed for 12 months only. Lagostina shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. This manufacturer’s guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

What will invalidate my Lagostina guarantee?

If your Lagostina is used on high heat for an extended period of time. If your Lagostina is left empty on a heated burner for an extended period of time, the metals may separate and cause extreme damage to your Lagostina. If metal utensils are used on the non-stick cooking surface. The use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach and/or oven cleaners will invalidate your guarantee.

Three simple steps to claiming under the Guarantee

Step 1

If you think your item is faulty, please check the product instructions or consult our FAQ’s. If you need any further help or advice please contact your retailer for direct support or if you have not purchased the product from a local reseller please contact our UK customer care department by filling in the Contact Us form.

Step 2

If necessary your retailer will arrange for your cookware to be collected so that your cookware can be given to our quality department for assessment.

Step 3

Your retailer will contact you and if the product is found to be defective a new replacement product will be sent to you.
