The Risottiera is the first pan of it's kind, With it's Lagofusion base it is efficiently able to maintain and diffuse heat making it ideal for the various stages of cooking and creating risotto recipes. The cherry wood lid also helps to mainteam heat and steam thanks to the wooden compostition and insulating steel coating on the inside. When inverted the practical lid can also be used as a trivet.
