The Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion 16cm saucier provides quick uniformed distribution of heat from the bottom to the sides of the pan, ideal for creating sauces. This is thanks to the Lagofusion base which provides a two layered base, joined to 3 in the body (steel-aluminum-steel). This allows for greater heat diffusion: + 50% more on the base and the sides, compared to Lagostina Lagoseal Plus base, for constant and homogeneous temperature.
