The Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion 30cm wok provides quick uniformed distribution of heat from the bottom to the sides of the pan. This is thanks to the Lagofusion base which provides a two layered base, joined to 3 in the body (steel-aluminum-steel). This allows for greater heat diffusion: + 50% more on the base and the sides, compared to Lagostina Lagoseal Plus base, for constant and homogeneous temperature. The lid allows for steam to be created to cook through vegetables and other ingredients as well as keeping food warm.
