The Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion 26cm stockpot provides quick uniformed distribution of heat from the bottom to the sides of the pan. This is thanks to the Lagofusion base which provides a two-layered base, joined to 3 in the body (steel-aluminium-steel). This allows for greater heat diffusion: + 50% more on the base and the sides, compared to Lagostina Lagoseal Plus base, for constant and homogeneous temperature. Ideal for creating sauces.
